By placing a bid, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item at the final bid price. Auction winners must complete payment within 48 hours.
We reserve the right to cancel auctions that violate these terms or show signs of fraudulent activity.
Octavia Equine charges:
All fees are charged at time of payment and are non-refundable once processed, unless items are cancelled due to our error.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Octavia Equine is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, including non-payment, non-delivery, or misrepresentation of items.
Users agree to attempt resolution of disputes through our support system before pursuing legal action. Disputes must be reported within 30 days of transaction completion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
